Rates
$120 per 50-minute session, $180 per 75-minute session. Payment is due at time of service.
Insurance
I have chosen not to be a contracted provider on insurance panels. However, my services may be covered in full or in part as an out-of-network provider by your mental/behavioral health insurance, especially if it is a PPO.
To find out whether your policy will provide benefits, you should contact your insurance company directly. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

Do you cover out-of-network providers, and if so, what is the coverage amount per therapy session?

What is my deductible and has it been met?

How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Keep in mind, in order for insurance companies to re-imburse for treatment, clients must be diagnosed with a mental disorder. This diagnosis then becomes part of the client's permanent medical record.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fees are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check, and major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
